Randy C. Norton
Founder & Chairman of the Board
Head of Real Estate
Randy Norton is the Founder and Chairman of Board at MultiGreen. Mr. Norton has more than 25 years of real estate experience, namely Real Estate Development and Construction, Building Information Modeling (BIM), Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED), Smartgrid Cogeneration and Renewable Energy with Intelligent Building IoT.
Mr. Norton is also a Managing Partner, the Global Head of Real Estate and Alternative Investments at Green Mesa Capital, a single family office based in Henderson, Nevada. Additionally, he currently serves as a Trustee for the City of Henderson Nevada Public Improvement Trust, and is an Advisory Council Member at the UNLV Lee Business School-Lied Institute for Real Estate.
Mr. Norton is a member of the CAIA Association, CCIM Institute, CFA Institute, Construction Financial Management Association, Institute of Real Estate Management, Sustainable Accounting Standards Board, ULI Greenprint Center for Building Performance, U.S. Green Building Council, and is a Founding Executive Member of the Institute for Real Estate Operating Companies.
Mr. Norton is a frequent speaker, moderator, and panelist, at industry events, including CalALTs, CAIA, CFA, CFMA, Connex, Context, Crittenden, iGlobal, IMN, IPI Campden, Linkbridge, Markets Group, Marcus Evans, Opal, Super Returns, select Universities, and is an annual ULI PwC Emerging Trends in Real Estate Interviewee.
After graduating with University Honors in Korean and Business from Brigham Young University’s Marriott School of Management, Mr. Norton completed executive programs at the Harvard University Graduate School of Design, and Columbia Business School-Heilbrunn Center for Graham & Dodd Investing. Mr. Norton was previously published in the Real Estate Finance Journal, Forbes, GreenSights, GuruFocus, Yahoo! Finance, and is Author of the pending book: “Applied Value Investing in Real Estate.”

Steve Oyer
Board Member

Chief Executive Officer of i(x) Net Zero
Steve Oyer is an Advisor to the Board and serves on the Executive Committee at MultiGreen. Additionally, he is currently CEO at i(x) Net Zero.
Mr. Oyer was most recently Senior Vice President at Lazard Asset Management where he led their Global Family Office Advisory Group. Prior to Lazard, he served as a senior member of the Private Funds Group of Brookfield Asset Management focused on “Real Assets and Renewable Investments.”
Mr. Oyer’s global investment experience includes structuring and funding direct private equity deals with significant family offices and institutional partners. His collaboration with family offices on direct deals began in the late 1980s, with roles at Harris Bank, Family Office Exchange and Murray Johnstone Ltd, and continued with his role as Managing Director of Global Business Development at Standard & Poor’s, leading the advisory services business, derivatives licensing, and distribution of alternative investment indices.
His leadership has included serving as the interim CEO and leading the restructuring of Saflink Corporation, a NASDAQ listed biometric software company. He was also a board member of Salton, Inc. (NYSE: SFP), a designer, marketer, manufacturer, and distributor of a broad range of branded small appliances such as the George Foreman Grill. He played an active role in the restructuring and sale of Salton. Mr. Oyer was a co-founder of Quake Capital, an accelerator that fosters early-stage ventures led by student and faculty entrepreneurs from university ecosystems, and still serves Quake in an advisory capacity.
Mr. Oyer’s non-profit efforts have focused on serving on investment committees whose mandates include allocating capital to both public and private markets. He currently serves on the Board of Directors and Investment Committee of the Truth Initiative, “America’s largest non-profit public health organisation dedicated to making tobacco and nicotine addiction things of the past.” He previously served a five-year term on the Florida Atlantic University Foundation’s investment committee.
Mr. Oyer is a founding member of the non-commercial family office initiatives at New York University and Stanford University, where he continues to play a leadership role.

Fred Tuomi
Board Member
Serves on the Executive Committee, Operations Committee, and Investment Committee
Mr. Tuomi served as President, Chief Executive Officer and Director of Invitation Homes Inc, the nation’s largest single-family rental company, from 2017 until his retirement in 2019. Prior to its merger with Invitation Homes, Mr. Tuomi served as Chief Executive Officer and Director of Starwood Waypoint Homes from 2016 until 2017. Prior to its merger with Starwood Waypoint Homes, he served as Co-President and Chief Operating Officer of Colony American Homes, Inc. from 2013 until 2016. Mr. Tuomi was Executive Vice President and President—Property Management for Equity Residential, the nation’s largest multi-family REIT, from 1994 until his retirement in 2013. He led the development of Equity Residential’s property management group through years of rapid growth and expansion, while helping to pioneer its leading operational platform.
Prior to Equity Residential, he was President of Residential Asset Management Group, a subsidiary of Post Properties. Throughout his career, he has served on numerous real estate industry boards and executive committees, including the National Rental Home Council, National Multi-Housing Council, California Housing Council, California Apartment Association, Atlanta Apartment Association and the USC Lusk Center for Real Estate. Mr. Tuomi has also served as a director and on the Audit and Compensation Committees of Tejon Ranch Co., a public diversified real estate development and agribusiness company.
He currently serves as a Venture Partner with Real Estate Technology Ventures, and as a Director for SmartRent, TurboTenant and Lessen. He also serves as an advisory board member for the Neighborhood Investment Company and a board member for Cure Violence Global, which is dedicated to reducing violence through innovative intervention programs and rated 9th in the world among non-government organizations.

William B. Eimicke

Executive Director of the Picker Center at Columbia University
William “Bill” Eimicke is an Advisor to the Board and serves on the Impact Committee at MultiGreen. Additionally, he is a founding Board Member at i(x) Net Zero. Mr. Eimicke is the co-founder and executive director of SIPA’s Picker Center for Executive Education, the Executive Master of Public Administration (EMPA) degree program, and is a professor of professional practice in international and public affairs at SIPA. Bill has a long and distinguished career as both a scholar and practitioner in the field of public management, with a special focus on cities. Among many other posts he was the Commissioner of Housing, New York State, 1985-1988, and Deputy Fire Commissioner in New York City from 2007-2010. He has won four different awards for innovation in American government. He is in an excellent position to manage the budget for this project given that at various times he has managed up to 2000 employees and budgets of up to 150 million dollars.
His scholarly activities include the co-authorship of “The Effective Public Manager” (now launching its fifth edition), considered the classic textbook in its field, and recently authored, with Steve Cohen and Alison Miller, Sustainability Policy: Hastening the Transition to a Cleaner Economy.
Professor Eimicke has extensive experience in international executive training, policy and research in China, Brazil, Malaysia, Saudi Arabia, Northern Ireland-.and Turkey. Eimicke is also the director of SIPA’s new Global Executive Masters in Public Administration Program (Global EMPA), which was launched in January 2015 at the Global Center in Rio de Janeiro. Profeessor Eimicke is the co-author of Social Value Investing: a Management Framework for Effective Partnerships (2018).

Pär A. Lindström
Advisor to the Board
Investment Committee
Pär Lindström is an Advisor to the Board and serves on the Investment Committee at MultiGreen. Additionally, he is Chief Investment Officer at i(x) Net Zero. Mr. Lindström brings over 25 years’ investment experience and business development expertise through a career focused on venture capital, growth capital and private equity investments in the U.S., Europe and the emerging markets concentrating on Technology, Life Sciences, Renewables, Energy, Industrials and Water/Agri industries.
Previously, Mr. Lindström spent over five years as Principal in the Global Special Situations and Private Equity groups at the Abu Dhabi Investment Council (“ADIC”), where he drove direct investments and backed various investment teams across multiple asset classes. He also co-wrote the Private Equity Department’s Strategy and developed its Investment Guidelines. Prior to ADIC, he was a Principal at Partners Capital, a firm backed by Lord Jacob Rothschild and Sir Ronald Cohen, where he headed up the Private Equity, Growth Capital and Venture Capital investments.
Earlier in his career, Mr. Lindström was co-head of Applied Value’s New York office, a global turnaround advisory firm with a growth equity investment arm and a senior investment professional at Investor Growth Capital, part of the Wallenberg family’s investment company Investor AB, and Affärsstrategerna VC. Mr. Lindström has also held positions with Bain & Company’s Private Equity Groups in Europe and the U.S. where he led private equity due-diligence analysis in a variety of industries, and with KPMG Banking & Finance.
Mr. Lindström holds a Bachelor of Science from University of California at Berkeley, an MBA from Harvard Business School and is a two-time Olympian in swimming.

Ibrahim Odeh

Founding Director, Global Leaders in Construction Management, Columbia University
Dr. Ibrahim Odeh is an Advisor to the Board and sits on the Operations Committee at MultiGreen. Additionally, he is currently a faculty member at the school of engineering and the Director of Research and Founder of the Global Leaders in Construction Management (GLCM) initiative at Columbia University, where he is focused on advising leading construction firms on strategy, market analysis, and business development. Over the course of his career, he has worked with leading firms such as Skanska, AECOM, Turner, Dentons, and STV.
Dr. Odeh is also an Advisory Committee member at the World Economic Forum (WEF) on a multi-year project that is focused on studying “The Future of Construction.” Moreover, Dr. Odeh teaches several courses in the area of construction engineering and management (CEM) and is a current faculty member at the Department of Civil Engineering and Engineering Mechanics, which houses the CEM program at Columbia University.
Dr. Odeh received his Ph.D. in Civil Engineering with a focus on Construction Management from University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. He holds an MBA with an emphasis on Finance. He serves as a member of several advisory boards and committees including CG/LA Infrastructure; Smart City Works; Columbia University Middle East Research Center; AECOM Academy; and C3 Summit.

Alex is an Advisor to the Board and serves on the RealTech Committee. He has a background in fintech and is an early investor in a variety of successful global platforms, including LendingClub, and Earnest. Alex spent more than a decade in private equity and investment banking roles in ultra-high-net-worth family offices, participating in over $2 billion worth of transactions globally. Alex holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from Brigham Young University.
